What is PNB HRMS?​

PNB HRMS, also known as PNB Parivar, is the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) used by employees of Punjab National Bank. PNB HRMS is a web only platform that allows employees to access various HR Functions and related information. Both Current and Former PNB Employees can access this HRMS.

In the initial days, HRMS was launched primarily to streamline activities like - payroll, employee records, performance appraisals, attendance, training, and self-service options for employees. The idea was to automate all the HR processes and provide a central access point for employee information.

PNB HRMS offers a variety of HR services to employees, including:

What are the Benefits of PNB HRMS?​

Centralised Employee Information: The PNB HRMS Portal serves as a centralised repository for comprehensive employee information.

Efficient Payroll Management: In addition to disbursement of Salaries and generating Salary Slips, the platform also adheres to regulatory compliances. The user can check and track the salary slip every month. The user can also download a PDF version of the document or take a printout of it.

Pensioner Services: PNB Parivar Services extends its support to pensioners through dedicated pensioner services. These services include - pension payment processing, retrieval of pension payment orders, ensuring that pensioners continue to receive timely and accurate disbursements. Retired Punjab National Bank employees can also check, download, or print their pension slip, which is very handy.

Streamlined Leave Management: employees can request ,manage and cash in their leaves through the PNB HRMS Portal.

Bank Holiday & Leave Application: The HRMS portal contains the list of all bank holidays that can be accessed by employees. They can refer to the link and also apply for leave through the HRMS portal.

Enhanced Performance Appraisal: The PNB HRMS Portal provides a platform for conducting performance appraisals, and appraisal benefits can be directly received by the employees.

Training and Development: employees can access training and development notifications tailored to their individual needs, promoting skill enhancement and career growth.

Loan Status: PNB employees can check the availability of a loan or the status of the loan through this portal. The employee can also apply for any loan through this portal. If the user is a borrower already, they can use this portal to check their pending EMIs and other loan details.

How to Register for PNB HRMS ?​

Any current or former Punjab National Bank employee can register for the PNB HRMS system using the login credentials issued to them. Employees are given these credentials when they join.
If you do not have the login credentials, you can get in touch with either the HR (if you’re working in a central office) or the Branch Manager (if you’re working from one of the Branches) . The user will be required to provide the necessary documents like ID Proof, Address Proof, etc, and after verifying the documents, the credentials will be provided to you on your registered mobile number via email. Once you’ve received the login details, you can use the login information to log in to the PNB HRMS portal.

Step 2- Enter your user ID and password, which you will be given at the time of joining (if you don't know
the user ID and password, you now know what to do).

What is PNB HRMS 2.0 ?​

PNB HRMS is the web version. If you want to access the HRMS portal through a mobile app, then you have to download the PNB Parivar 2.0 app (available on both Android and iOS). In PNB HRMS 2.0 new capabilities have been developed. Employees can now get real time access to their Full and Final Benefits like - Gratuity, Provident Fund, Pension and Privilege Leave Encashment in HRMS 2.0

Even retired employees can view their Terminal Benefits under the “Pension Management” Tab. But as of now this facility is only available for ex- employees who had retired after 1st April, 2021.

Steps for PNB HRMS 2.0 / PNB PARIVAR 2.0 Login?​

Step 1- Download the PNB PARIVAR 2.0 form Play store or App store

Step 2- Enter your user ID and password, which you will be given at the time of joining (if you don't know
the user ID and password, we have suggested a few ways to get it).

Step 3- you are logged into the PNB HRMS App

Step 4- Now you can avail of various features and benefits through this app.

How to Recover or Reset PNB Parivar Login Password ?​

To reset or recover the login password, follow the steps mentioned below.

Step 1: Open the PNB Parivar website (https://pnbnet.net.in/psc/HRMS/PNBWEB/HRMS/c/PNB_SIGNING_MNU.PNB_SIGNING_CMP.GBL).

Step 2: Click on the "Forgot Password" option.

Step 3: Fill in the correct user ID details.

Step 4: Reset the password. A link will be sent to your registered email address for the same .

Step 5: Reset the password from the email ID and then try to log in again, and you will face no problem.
