UCO banks’s HRMS is for the use of UCO Bank’s current and ex-employees. The UCO BANK HRMS portal helps users access crucial employee-related information. Some of the services provided include checking salary details, pensions, vacations, leaves details.

You can access the HRMS portal only from the website and there is no app support for it.

Services provided by UCO HRMS ?​

UCO Bank HRMS offers a variety of HR services to employees, including:
  • Viewing and downloading salary slips
  • Viewing and downloading pension slips (for ex-employees)
  • Apply for reimbursement.
  • Notice for promotions and recruitments
  • List of bank holidays
  • List of paid and unpaid leave left
  • Encash Leave online
  • You also have the option to check your account and transaction balance
  • Track and check your complaint status.
  • Viewing official notices and circulars
  • TAX bills can be submitted online through this portal
  • TDS benefits on education can be availed
  • Various documents and forms for the employees can be downloaded

What are the Benefits of UCO BANK HRMS?​

Employee Details: user can access all of his employee details in one place.It contains all the employee documents and user can download the documents and various forms.

Salary Details: Employees can view and download salary slips and raise complaints; if there are any discrepancies, they can also claim for the arrears and reimbursements.
Pension Details: Ex-employees can view and download pension slips, and they can also raise complaints if there are any discrepancies on the portal itself.

Leave Details: Employees can see the total number of paid and unpaid leaves they have. They can do the following:
  • See the list of bank holidays they have
  • Plan for a vacation and apply for leave.
  • Approval of Leave
  • Encash Paid Leaves
Circulars: Users can access important notifications and circulars released by UCO bank; they can also check about requirements and promotion notices and apply for them. Notifications about training and courses may also be there.

Tax submission: Users can file their taxes and avail of rebates and TDS through this portal.

How to Register for UCO BANK HRMS ?​

To register for the UCO Bank HRMS portal, you have to mail the below-mentioned details to HR’s email or the email provided to you at the time of joining.

The details that you need to mention are:
  • Your full name
  • Date of birth, joining date (for current employees), and retirement date (for ex-employees)
  • Designation
  • PF number
And any other details asked by them, as this may vary from case to case.

After successfully registering, the employee will receive a confirmation email containing their user ID and password. This can be used to log in and access the UCO Bank HRMS services.

Does UCO BANK have an HRMS app??​

No- as of may 24, UCO Bank does not have an HRMS App.

Steps for UCO BANK HRMS Login?​

Step 1: Log in to the UCO BANK HRMS portal from the given link (https://hrms.ucoonline.in/login.action )

Step 2: Enter your user ID (which is the Employee ID),password, which you will be given at the time of joining and solve the maths puzzle for Captcha and click on the Login button

Do reset your password, before login for the first time through the ‘Forget Password option’

Step 3: You are logged into the UCO BANK HRMS Portal, and now you can avail of all the HRMS services.

How to Recover/Reset UCO BANK HRMS Login Password ?​

To reset or recover the login password, follow the steps mentioned below.

Step 1: Visit the login page of the UCO bank HRMS (link-https://hrms.ucoonline.in/login.action).

Step 2: Click on the ‘Forgot/Reset Password’ option.

Step 3: Enter the correct employee ID and the mobile number registered with the bank.

Step 4: Send the OTP to the registered number and complete the OTP verification.

Step 5: The next page will allow the employee to enter a new password. Reconfirm the new password and click on the change button, and the password will automatically be updated.

Step 6: The new password can be used for the UCO HRMS login.
