PPF withdrawal for home purchase

Hope all of you are doing well.

My question is can I withdraw my PPF amount for 1st home purchase for down payment. if yes how much I can withdraw.

Or can I take loan against PPF ACCOUNT if yes how much will be the interest rate normally.

I have PPF account which is around 10 year's old.

u can withdraw.. loan not advisable as anyways ur interest will stop

No, not 100% can be withdrawn.
It depends on factors like when was the last time you withdrawn in past or how old is your PPF account.

If you are near 15 years for initial term or near 5 years in case of renew than you may wait and close account to withdraw 100%.

Better reffer to India post office PPF rules.
Even if it is with bank and not with post office the rules are same.
