Request for Assistance on CIBIL Dispute Compensation

Hello All,

I am seeking your assistance regarding a dispute I submitted on the CIBIL portal, which was not resolved within the stipulated 30 days. As per the information on the CIBIL portal, I am eligible for compensation due to this delay.

I have contacted the Bank of Maharashtra for the compensation, but I have not yet received a response. I need information on the official guidelines from the RBI regarding this matter. Specifically, I am looking for the RBI circular that references the resolution of disputes within 30 days from the date the credit bureau receives the dispute.

If anyone could provide the RBI circular number or additional guidance, it would be greatly appreciated.

Visit RBI website and select the "Click here to file a complaint against any Regulated Entity (banks, NBFCs, System Participants)" link. Then, enter all the relevant info and raise a dispute.
