Rupay Credit card against IDFC wow Credit card.

I want RUPAY credit card in IDFC wow credit card we can get a virtual Rupay credit card I can't able to find tha benifits of that virtual credit card so if any currently using that card please tell me how it works and what's the benifit of that.
