If someone resigns from his job completing all formalities of notice period and documentation, but still after resignation the monthly salary is getting credited in his salary bank account. what should he do ? do he will face any difficulties in joining another job and legal issues in future ?

If you are getting a salary after resigning even after a full and final settlement, then I'd suggest you inform the company.
It might be a mistake from the company's finance team. Sooner or later, they will ask you to send it back.

And, you can still do other jobs.
On the contrary, if it is moonlighting then you might end up in legal issues. Because many companies do not accept this.

Hello Luck,

This may be because your HR had not terminated you from the system, or there might be a bug in the HCM software. This could be the reason why the system is till calculating the payroll, and your salary is getting transferred to your bank account. You should inform them immediately through email (documenting all conversations) and return the money.

There should not be any difficulties in joining another company if you promptly inform your current employer and return the money to them.
