SBI Cashback Credit Card MCC issue

I book hotel and flight on goibigo app using sbi credit card but i didn't received 5% cashback so asked sbi customer care team why i didn't received any cashback as its online transaction. they are saying mcc code for all respective transactions showing railway mcc which is not eligible for cashback. guys any one new about this where i can get cashback on which website or app?

Mail SBI Card with your booking details and tell them to update in there records
As per policy you are eligible for 5% on flight booking
