Try Mobikwik it will give you cashback of flat RS100 for the frist credit bill payment if the billed amount is RS7500 or higher.
Also also gives you 1% cashback as supercoin with maximum limit of 500 supercoin per bill
and these supercoins can be redeemed at the time of utility payment or recharges on the app.

Navi app can be good option for bill payments. It gives Navi coins (10 Navi coins = ₹1). Also while using cred for credit card bill payment you can use Navi upi as payment option. Number of Navi coins receivable is random though.
Cheq is also another option which gives 1 cheq chip per 100 spent and 10 cheq chips = ₹1

1% reward points. Each point equals Re.1 hence normally people say 1% cashback.

If you want fast settlement use cred and paytm, If no rush then try Gpay, Amazon pay.

Cred takes approx 50 minutes to settle the amount on the other hand Mobiqwik takes just 2 seconds.
