Yes I was able to claim. I had complained both Amazon and poshvine regarding this.

Will it work on new visa card? Like I just got the card yesterday

I don't think it will as this is applicable for cards in which there were no tap and pay transaction for a said period of 1 year. Or in cases where there were then 10 transactions are required till Oct'24 to claim Amazon gv. If the card didn't exist in that period I don't think it will work

Yeah this happened with me too on 2 of my cards. I mailed customer support, they asked me details of the transactions, I sent it and they never responded.
