Tata neo plus application rejected?

22dec applied for this card as eligible for this got msgs from tata it self my cibil is also 760+ but rejected. While i was on call with CSR i got mail for rejection and they said your card will be dispatched.
Wanted to know if i should reapply for this or for any other rupay card suggestions pls.

No i don't have only sbi and bob savings account
