Done a transaction in IRCTC website through ICICI credit card .amount deducted but the transaction got failed. Now CC department asking a reply from IRCTC through mail that '' transaction got failed and money haven't received ''. I can only find iquery website which prompt the response but not through mail. How to resolve the issue. Thanks in advance.
