Unable to open Kotak 811 account

I have tried opening kotak 811 account 5 times yesterday. 4 times in Super category by depositing 5000 and one time for normal account by depositing 1000. Everytime I received error like they cannot open my account at this moment.

What might have happened? What is wrong with Kotak?
They don't have generic customer service number or email id. No one is there to help.

Have you ever opened a Kotak 811 account before?

If you have not received your funds back till now and you have not contacted customer care, I would suggest to call customer care and raise ticket about this and let them confirm that money will be reversed.

And ask them to schedule home visit to open a new account. I guess they should be able to arrange an appointment to open a new account.

Even I'm facing the exact same problem (tried about 6 times already). Each time I did get the refund, but I do need to open an account. I thought of visiting nearby branch, but I don't think they'll help me with 811
If you get any solution, kindly share it.
I'll keep trying.

As Kotak had a RBI ban they have integrated a very tough Fraud Management system for their Digital products.

If you reach out to a Kotak officer in Nearby brunch it will not work. They will get NCFM check failed error during opening your account. We agree inspite of being a genuine customer somehow our PAN is blocked at their end due to some internal reason that I am also not sure.

I discussed this matter with Kolkata Head Sanjay ji, I think bank will come up with a solution very soon.

All sales executives are facing same issue now, if they are opening 10 accounts daily 5-6 out of 10 is getting NCFM check failed.

I really hope fix this soon.
My Account was created yesterday successfully. Before 15 Days it got NCFM failed, they made another attempt from the same location yesterday, now my account is ready. I hope you guys will also get a solution very soon.
