Update credit card

Hello all,
Does anyone know the procedure of update paytm hdfc credit card to other hdfc card so I can go to hdfc card only not with paytm. And also not affecting my credit score

Go to the HDFC Bank App.
Open the Cards section from the menu and then select the credit card. In that, you should see an Upgrade Credit Card option.
You should receive a call from the HDFC team after some time if you are eligible for any other card.

Hi Sanju,
As saurabh mentioned you can make that done by using Upgrade option at HDFC card app.

But as a personal user of HDFC account and card holder it is not necessarily always they will call you back until you have an offer. They will ask your confirmation to override DND to call you back then probably you will never hear from them.

As a solution I will recommend you two option.
Try both of them and emailing will be a better way if you want to escalate further to Nodal officers in case of non resolution.
