"I'm trying to figure out the actual limitations on the IDFC FIRST Pratham Savings Account, particularly regarding deposits and debit, credit transactions value. I know it's a BSBDA account, but the specifics aren't always clear. If you use it, could you give me the real-world details? Thanks!"

Most banks charge for IMPS .. I have a Salary account with HDFC (preferred banking) and they charge for IMPS transfer. Are you sure IMPS is not chargeable?

Yeah it is actually in their tagline "Zero Fee Banking". They heavily advertised on this, specially mentioned no charge for IMPS
