Seems like 8.35 - 8.40% is lowest Interest Rate in current market. 8.15% being offered by Bank of Baroda is only for Government Employees

pls re calculate.. you are already paying 9.15 which is v v high than market.. + builders dont protect anything.. they have chgd you somewhere in some form ..get one-time payout from builder / money discount and move HL to cheaper rate
