Give me suggestions regarding tata neu plus and infinity card

So right now I have been offered Itf tata neu plus credit card. But I wanted to get the tata neu infinity. A lot of people are saying bcz my credit limit is below 1.5lakh (as I recently joined hdfc) that's why they aren't giving me the option for infinity card is that true?

Also few people are asking to take the neu plus card for now and then upgrade to infinity card later on. Will that work as it is a co branded card. And even in YouTube few people saying upgrading to infinity from plus variant is very difficult and only happen in rare cases.

I know this card has been devalued but I wanted to get this card for upi transaction (backup as I already have kiwi) and for tata merchent.

Actually the best way is to get SBI Tata Neu infinity Card. SBI is readily offering this Card. I tried to apply for the card offline. Well I was in a Mall, there the SBI agent asked me to get Credit Card, I always try to get it done online but there I was rejected. These agents knew some tricks, then I got this Card. Basically even they don't know which card you will get.

Now, I haven't used that card yet, but will use it for Utilities and Insurance.

I am talking about the hdfc tata neu card. Not the sbi one
