Wrong name on credit card

I have applied credit card through sbi branch by a female sales person i have raised this to her that name is incorrect she infromed his senior but when i received the card its with wrong name only (wrong spelling ) what should i do and will it impact on cibil as its still not showing in one score app and How to change this if it is impacting.

1) Send complaint via email to branch.
2) If no response, give written complaint to branch manager.
3) If they aren't willing to fix the issue, escalate to RBI ombudsman.

Please check if your name printed on card is wrong or your name in card account (check in SBI Card app) is wrong

If your name in card account is correct but wrongly mentioned card, then no problem. But your name in card account should be exactly as it is shown in Aadhar

Then you better you close the card and apply again. Because, it may not be easy exercise to change name in card account
