Wrong name on credit card

I have applied credit card through sbi branch by a female sales person i have raised this to her that name is incorrect she infromed his senior but when i received the card its with wrong name only (wrong spelling ) what should i do and will it impact on cibil as its still not showing in one score app and How to change this if it is impacting.

1) Send complaint via email to branch.
2) If no response, give written complaint to branch manager.
3) If they aren't willing to fix the issue, escalate to RBI ombudsman.
