Yes, Easyshop card is still used and mostly for CC bill payment for the cashback. I also use this card.

Hdfc bank app, go to cards section, there you see points also am option to redeem it. You can redeem from their, after a day or two cashback will be credited to bank account

For salary account holder, no annual fee. I am myself using Easyshop debit card from 5 years and holding a salary account.
