Credit Score Update, New RBI Mandate

Hey guys,
Recently RBI mandated credit agencies to update scores every 15 days. Is there any date when this policy comes into effect because I still receive updated scores monthly?

Some banks already started this, icici doing this.

HDFC, Axis, ICICI does this already. HDFC 4 times a month. Axis and ICICI i think is twice a month.
