Both bank are useless now, they are changing their policy frequently.

Exactly. I created Fi account initially as a good neo banking option, but now its has just become an account for UPI transactions, that's it. They made the physical debit card chargeble which was initially given free. I just moved to virtual debit card then.

Yes, both these banks are pathetic in the quality of the products as well as their customer service. This has become a standard practice for all the fintech companies these days to give it for free initially, to attract customers and once they capture the market they would change all the terms & conditions. I have closed my Fi account few months ago. Its a no go for me
