Get Max Discount

I want to buy a samsung phone ( max 25k ) and laptop ( max 1.3 lakhs ) can be windows or mac , I am currently a college student so have id card for discount so with two scenarios I want to know which credit card can give me max possible discount for electronics purchase specifically brands like samsung , lenovo , apple , etc , and it would be better if it's lifetime free credit card and if not then the value should be good enough to make up for that charges . ( I already have idfc first wow secured credit card lifetime free , but it doesn't give much discount in electronics I guess )
