In November, I canceled a Zomato order, but despite initiating the refund three times, it hasn’t been credited back to my ICICI Coral Rupay Credit card. Zomato’s customer care has been slow to respond, and they eventually agreed to refund it as Zomato money. However, even for that, they promised 48 to 72 hours, which didn’t happen. After complaining again, they still claim it will take another 48 to 72 hours. I’m wondering whether the issue lies with Zomato or my ICICI Coral Rupay Credit card. Additionally, I’ve faced refund problems with the same card on Flipkart.
