ICICI Sapphiro Upgrade

Being upgraded to Sapphiro. I have to pay nothing for first year, from second year it would be charged at 3500+gst. Is it worth upgrading? Or should I use it for first year and close next year at the time of annual charges billing?

good for lounge and bms.. no other standout feature
