Yes there are some charges I came to know but I want to confirm the same first one is debit card charges annually and sms charges

If you opt for Virtual Debit card, then it's completely zero balance account.
I'm having a Kotak Edge 811 Account for 7 years, and I have never paid any charges to the bank.
