Not able to transact more than 2000 from my rupay cc in a day

I am not able to pay more than 2000 through upi to the merchants and for sometime transactions get blocked. It always show failure of transaction. I am having kotak iocl Rupay credit card

rupay cc have limitations on upi usage.. u can swipe.. also varies basis merchant type.. upi is for small transactions..high value still not open.. banks have restrictions from. npci.. mdr also is a variable.. new merchant 2k limit for first time
