I am using it just to keep my credit score consistent due to history. And without using, I have to pay 500+gst on it. Is there any way to reverse without spending or save this money

SBI cards never offer any cards as lifetime free.
I heard they even deny LTF request from employees as well

Not correct. I was a SBI employee and I got SBI Prime LTF and later on SimplySave LTF as well.
