They charge me for sbi rupay debit card

So hey all i am just noob but last year i make my bank account and brought home a atm card and today i got a message this 236 rupees debited i was anxious but i call the customer care so they said this is annual maintenance charge but i read somewhere that sbi don't charge for the 0 balance account debit card so just tell me if they charge or not cause on google i did not find anything about it.
here is the message (gareeeb ne jod jod ke 1800 kare the ab phir 1600 hogye )

That is debit card charges, Same here zero balance account but debit card charges 200 + 36 (18% GST) cut hotha hey every year.

Mine regular zero balance Savings account, Not Insta save Digital account - Insta save account has limitation of 1lac max balance limit.
