it will be reported as secured creditcard by sbm bank

Yeah, Since the cc is backed by a fd it is considered as a secured credit card and will be reported as Secured Loan

yes i had IDFC Secured Credit Card previous used SBM Credilo Credit card. SBM reported as secured creditcard in cibil directly but idfc report as unsecured credit card you have to raise complaint to idfc to report it as secured if you looking for low fd secured credit card go with super money card by flipkart the fd rate was also 8% lifetime free dont go with sbm no great cashback offers from it so i closed it
