Fi App (Federal Bank) RBI COMPLAINT FOR DEBIT CARD AMC

LISTEN EVERYBODY I HAVE COMPLAINED BANKING OMBUDSMAN TODAY ABOUT FAKE PROMISING ABOUT DEBIT CARD AND AMC CHARGES BY FI BANK.

AS NEWLY OPENED ACCOUNTS WERE TOLD IT WAS LIFETIME FREE PHYSICAL DEBIT CARD.
AND NOW ITS BEEN CHARGED WITH 299+ GST AMC.

PLEASE EVERYBODY COMPLAIN INDIVIDUALLY WHICH WILL CREATE SOME IMPACT ABOUT SAME ISSUE WITH OMBUDSMAN

AND HOPE THEY MIGHT REFUND CHARGES.

PLEASE DONT BE SCARED AND JUST COMPLAIN RBI OMBUDSMAN NOW BE FAST.

Charges for FI Debit Card depend on the type of Debit Card you have.
- For Salary and Infinite Accounts, there's Zero Charge...
- For Plus and Standard Accounts, you'll have to pay Joining Fees of Rs. 499 + GST

At the time of account opening it was said that your debit card would be lifetime free . But in 2023 they started levying charges .
On contacting them , they are saying it is common industry practice.
We should not believe fintech companies.

Fi is not giving any benefit. When I open, they told you will get ₹200 on ₹5000 adding in account. But I didn't get. Now they are charging 199+GST for debit card , earlier it was free for ₹10000 monthly average balance.

Please don't open FI account. Jupiter is more relevant than Fi account.
