Most of the Rupay credit cards have rather poor reward structure hence in most of the categories rupay cards are amongst the worst. Only where you need to pay on QR codes where the merchant has not disabled receipt by rupay credit cards, they are useful. Even in Rupay cards very few have decent reward structure and not everyone is getting that card. The Yes Bank Kiwi card with Neon membership appears a good one but if so one already has any other Yes credit card then they will not be eligible for it.
